What data may be processed

• Case details, deadlines, notes, documents and client portal material.
• Audit, security, support and operational records.

Your rights

Users may request access, correction, export or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention and backup-retention limits.

Staff access

Documents are not reviewed by staff unless you request support, there is a technical/support reason, or access is required by law.

ICO
