McKenzieCMS provides case management, document organisation, client portal and AI-assisted preparation tools for McKenzie Friends, litigants in person and legal support professionals.

Not legal advice

McKenzieCMS does not provide reserved legal activities, litigation conduct, rights of audience, or regulated legal advice unless expressly provided by an authorised legal professional outside the platform.

User responsibility

Users remain responsible for checking all dates, names, case numbers, allegations, exhibits and court documents before filing, serving or relying on them.

Acceptable use

Users must not upload unlawful content, fabricate evidence, misuse personal data, harass others, or use the platform to generate unsafe or misleading allegations.

Limitation

The platform supports organisation and preparation but cannot guarantee legal outcomes, court acceptance of documents, or compliance with every local court requirement.
